Dear Mr. Vladimir V. Odka,
I am serving you this notice for the obvious of reasons:
Your disappointing behavior has drawn so much public attention, please do not attempt to excuse this behavior as acceptable, your apology means nothing because you keep on pushing this level of impropriety among our members.
As of this date, you have thoroughly marred the reputation of our institution. It is in this regard, that the council has formally decided that you step down from your position as Chief Officer.
We are convinced that you no longer qualify or represent the ideals of our highly respected institution.

Please understand that your employment in our company is conditional upon the acceptance of a night assignment, as now required. Please do email hr@company.com about your concerns on the change of work shift. Human resources will schedule an employees' forum within the week.

A second shift is required to meet our company's present needs. We are growing and we are a notch away from reaching the very top of our goals.
We would like to remind our core team handling Project Alpha that all employees were hired on the understanding that they are able and willing to work night shifts.
