Evacuation Drill Letter
Dear Employees,
As discussed, attached herewith is the scenario for our upcoming scheduled Evacuation Drill anytime tomorrow, Friday May 3, 2014.
Please note that for the duration of the event, no one is allowed to enter or exit the premises starting 10am in the morning. Kindly notify all your employees who will be parking during this time to either come in prior to the scheduled time or after the said event. No vehicles will be allowed to enter as soon as the alarms are activated. This also applies to those entering the lobbies as well.
