Notice Letter of Forced Resignation

Notice Letter forcing resignation of key personnel

Dear Mr. Vladimir V. Odka,

I am serving you this notice for the obvious of reasons:

Your disappointing behavior has drawn so much public attention, please do not attempt to excuse this behavior as acceptable, your apology means nothing because you keep on pushing this level of impropriety among our members.

As of this date, you have thoroughly marred the reputation of our institution. It is in this regard, that the council has formally decided that you step down from your position as Chief Officer.

We are convinced that you no longer qualify or represent the ideals of our highly respected institution.

As Noted:

Letter Regarding Applicants and Motivation

Dear Clarissa,

I've been watching the camp group and all the activities, I'm trying to figure out which people might be more motivated to join our workshop. I have to say that it's quite fascinating to learn about the applicants this way. We can definitely maximize the experience for those technically inclined towards machinery and carpentry. Let me know if you a list of the first group ready.

Regards,
Trainor

Notice Letter Change in Work Shift for Employees

A Notice Letter for Employees regarding the change in Work Shift, the letter also serves as a reminder of the employment contract and what it stipulates

Dear Core Team,

A second shift is required to meet our company's present needs. We are growing and we are a notch away from reaching the very top of our goals.

We would like to remind our core team handling Project Alpha that all employees were hired on the understanding that they are able and willing to work night shifts.

In line with this, we are doing a head count of our core team. It is our interest to provide you with the ideal work environment, a workplace that improves the quality of our employees' professional lives. If priorities have shifted, we would like to know if there are among you who cannot work the night shift. We would like to know the reasons that would prevent you from working the night shift.

Please understand that your employment in our company is conditional upon the acceptance of a night assignment, as now required. Please do email hr@company.com about your concerns on the change of work shift. Human resources will schedule an employees' forum within the week.

Thank you very much,
Management
